Ordering Info / Terms & Conditions


You can place your orders through our secure website (by credit card). Please enter the quantity and the amount (including postage charges). Postage charges stated with the items are for posting in Singapore only by Non-Standard Mail. For registered post, please add an additional S$2. Singapore customers, please take note that delivery will be by postage only. International customers, please refer to the postage chart for charges.

An email confirmation stating the orders and amount to be paid will be sent to you. Once we receive your payment, we will process your orders and have your items delivered within 7 days. If you are staying outside of Singapore, please allow for longer delivery time.

No cancellation or refund will be entertained once payment has been made.

For items that are located in other countries, please allow for more delivery time (4 ~ 5 weeks). International customers, unless otherwise stated, please take note that the goods will be shipped to Singapore first before allocating to individual customers as it comes in bulk.
